Ula looked at Dr. Baxter with a look of shock and hurt, she had never been in so much discontent when she felt something like this for another species. She looked down as her emotions boiled down to only three basic: happiness that he was so blunt with her (she has a thing about idolizing blunt people) anger that he wouldn't allow her with her precious experiments, and sorrow for the experiments she so dearly loved.
She shook her head and bit her lip extremely hard, making it bleed furiously. She bit her lip even harder and closed her eyes tightly, her love of the job she had before was down the drain... and everything she was hoping was gone to DESK WORK.
She looked over to Dr.Baxter and then when she saw past him she saw saw a wheelchair, and she knew exactly who it was in an instant: Dr. Jasper Swift. She gulped again, going even more pale then she was before. She blushed deeply and looked off to the side and walked over to where the tables around the corner and pulled out a note book and started writing furiously in Egyptian and muttering under egyptian curses under her breath.

Carlisle held the door open for the other as he wheeled him self into the room. He saw the look on the others face and just sighed turning to watch what he was doing. He watched Ula, her skin paled but her cheeks brightened when she saw Swift, a smirk came to his face, some girls were just to easy to read. He walked over following Swift. “Well Good to see you, thought you were gone, did not hear from you at all today.”
He looked back at Ula, “now remember, in my office.” He narrowed his eyes on her. He noticed that her lip was bleeding, that was not a good sign, meant she was not that level headed. He sighed a little letting his hands rest on Jasper’s handle bars. “Take it you were the one stuck in the elevator, making everyone else take the stairs.” He chuckled a little teasing him. He figured the man had a bad day being stuck in a elevator all day missing their game time together. He sighed a little and let go waiting for a response and ignoring the muttering. Coming from Ula. He glanced over at her, she was pretty light skinned for a girl her hair a little to blond, but blond hair was a recessive gene meaning someone in her family must have had it.

The wheeled man quietly made his way towards the coffee mugs and pot. A dark aura seemed to follow him everywhere as he ignored everyone in the room at the time; all except Baxter who wasn’t someone Swift often over looked and wouldn’t be hard to miss due to the fact he was following right behind. With a glare he listened to Baxter comment about his disappearance.
“I was… You know. Busy with work” He said with a scowl as he reached for his cup and moved to grab the coffee. Taking hold of the black handle and moving to pour a cup, Swift couldn’t help but noticed one little detail. It was empty. His fists clenched as he almost threw the thing away. What else would go wrong today? Would his chair break down in front of everyone, to make himself even more of a fool? Dear god his mood was not good. Worst then normal actually.
Slowly he moved away from the counter, eyes focusing on Baxter and fingers resting on his chin as he leans back. “Office?” He questioned to himself, trying to figure out why the male would want him in his office before remembering that Baxter was talking to someone before he entered the room. Turning his head around, Swift’s eyes finally fell upon Ula; the rather pale and red-faced women.
He sat where he was, awaiting Baxter to explain the reasons for her going to his office before shooting a glare at the male when he made his rather unnecessary comment. “Don’t go there Bax” He muttered as be pointed at Baxter and narrowing his eyes in a comical kind of way. “Oh sure, blame the handicapped man for holding up the elevator when those fucking maintenance, excuse my language, where the ones who broke the fucking thing” He finished.
Taking a deep breath to calm his nerves, Swift rubbed his temples slowly before hiding his face in his hands with frustration and stress. “What did this young lady do to deserve a talk in your room anyways Baxter?” If he wasn’t going to let it out easy, Swift would just have to prob.

Ula looked up and over at Swift as he wheeled himself over to the coffee pot. She widened her eyes lightly and bit her lip even harder, changing her k9 to be a bit more blunt and soft without them noticing, biting the other side of her lip hard, making sure not to bleed with this one too.She looked down to her Egyptian writing, ripped it off and started shredding it. She wasn't ever going to send her thoughts about anyone to the Egyptians back home. She was worrying them enough comming here.
“now remember, in my office.”
She looked up at Baxter, her eyes flashing lightly, but she kept her mouth shut. She chewed on her lip and looked away. She had a thing for being the low dog on the totem poll, but she had to deal with it for now. She would be a full fledged scientist soon... if she could survive the secretary work she would have to trudge through.
Baxter made some snarky remark about being blamed for being the one who broke the elevator. She looked up at him and blinked confused. Was this some Canadian way of being funny? Accusing others of what they didn't do? She shook her head lightly and when Swift asked what was going on with the secretary work she grumbled something about being demoted to being a secretary instead of working with the animals like she wanted to. 'humans....' she mentally growled and watched Swift and Baxter, her eyes still flashing and still more then pissed off looking.
She blinked lightly then turned back to her notebook, scrawling something down in hieroglyphs, and unless they knew how to read ancient Egyptian they wouldn't be able to tell it was something about her really liking Swift.
(XD just had to put that in there lol)

Carlisle watched him and shock his head as the other poured a empty coffee pot. “Ah work” He said responding to the others comment, “Did some of that today, and I will be getting more done soon.” He glanced over at Ula as he said this. Before moving to make more coffee for Swift and other people in the break room. He watched Ula again wondering what she was doing beside causing blood to flow.
He watched her reaction seeing her keep her mouth shut and simple looking away, it was what he though she would do. Carlisle looked at him confused about what he was talking about, no at that moment he was talking to the girl who seemed quite upset.
“Oh really, well they are union workers must have taken longer then it should have, but at least you were unharmed.” He gave a smirk to Swift now.
He chuckled now moving to a table and chair, “Well you see Miss. Paili there has been well spending to much time in the AI and EI rooms making friends, so as punishment she will be in my office doing paper work for me until I think she is ready to go down there again. Even then she will only go down when I do.” He sighed a little picking up his coffee once more. “Socialising, making friends, playing with them. Surprised she has all ten fingers still.” That comment was not because the EI and Ai would bite, it was what Lucca might do to her when he found out. He saw the anger in the girl, her eyes doing the same change as before, what was their girl really.
“Well then she seems to have gotten much more quiet when you cam I, I wonder why.” He sighed but knew the reason it was easy to tell. She liked Dr. Swift, seemed so many in the office did.
